The aim of this tasting is to provide an informative, engaging and memorable wine and food pairing experience for all Tasting Room visitors, at any level, Passel invites visitors to sit down, relax and enjoy four superb wines, each perfectly matched with a chocolate enrobed indulgence in the beautiful surrounds of the estate. Each gourmet delight is a bespoke design by intentionally renowned Master Chocolatier, Nadia Haskell from Harlequin Desserts. A portion of the tour cost is put towards further conservation efforts at Passel Estate.~~~~
