Make your own way to Voyager Estate to commence a full day Unearthed tour. With a focus on organic practices, dig deeper with an educational look at wine craft and appreciation. The Voyager Estate story begins with a love of the land, and an ongoing passion for sustainability. Guests are invited to join the team in this relaxed, hands-on look at wine appreciation through the lens of organic farming and Voyager's winemaking approach. Uncover the reasons Voyager believes great wine is made in the vineyard as the day starts with a guided walk through the vines. Learn about the difference characteristics of grape varietals, grape growing and seasonal influence. Then sit back in the private tasting room and learn to unmask the language and characteristics of wine, including renowned Margaret River varieties such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Get to know the basics of food and wine matching and gain an insight into the sustainable food philosophy of the Restaurant. After a three course wine-paired lunch, visit the winery with exclusive access to the technical staff, a barrel tasting and a look at Voyager Estate's winemaking techniques and philosophies. The final stop is the underground cellar for a look at sparkling wine, and to raise a glass to toast the new knowledge acquired throughout the day. Tour concludes at approximately 4.00pm.~~~~

Continue with a visit to the winery for exclusive access to the technical staff, barrel tastings and a look at Voyager Estate's winemaking techniques and philosophies. Included in the day is a tutored wine tasting in the private room to unmask the language and characteristics of wine. The basics of food and wine matching are also explored. Conclude the experience in our Restaurant with a wine-paired lunch experience. An interactive food and wine pairing session follows lunch as well as a visit to Voyager's underground cellar for a look at sparkling wine production and to raise a glass to the new knowledge acquired throughout the day.
