Electric Mountain E-bikes remove the fitness and endurance factor normally needed to pedal up hills and for long period of time, which means EVERBODY can enjoy this activity together. So, get out of Sydney, and off the traditional beaten tourist track and come and take a guided E-bike tour covering 30kms of the wonderful World Heritage., UNESCO listed, BLUE MOUNTAINS (BMs) bush, with Sydney/BMs one and only e-MTB tail tours.
We meet at the lovely village of Blackheath, just 12 minutes from katoomba or 2hours from Sydney by train. Once all setup we ride through Blackheath and pick up the Hat hill road and make our way through this country street to enter the national park and pick up the graded smooth dirt road on route to both Anvil Rock and the Eroded cave (a giant sandstone wave like rock structure. Anvil Rock is pure JOY and a vista bonanza. We enjoy 360-degree views over the Grose wilderness. Sydney CBD views, Mt Banks and more. From Anvil Rock, we make out way back up Hat hill road in search of part 2 of our ride. Hanging rock and the beautiful Burramoko Ridge fire trail (Wide dirt trail). We have multiple ways of getting there, and this is dependent on rider skill and confidence level which we access throughout the ride. One on the Burramoko Ridge FIRE TRAIL we officially start the awe-inspiring ride to the edge of the magnificent Grose wilderness and to Hanging Rock. The trail leads us along the ride to a dramatic rocky bluff, aka big vistas. Which scenic valley views and mountain air, it's a sublime ride for adventurer who want to feel how small we are against mother nature. We meander through heartlands, open forests and dramatic views, all while on route to both Baltzer's lookout and Hanging Rock. Upon arrival we have no gates and no fences with a totally raw feel (we keep you safe), so expect your tummy to clench and the heart rate to maybe elevate a little. You'll feel on top of the world as you gaze across the scenic tree lined enormous gorge fringed by golden cliffs. On a clear day we can view the Sydney CBD. Here we enjoy our snacks and relax to enjoy the moment. We do of course ask that riders know how to ride a bike safely as this is not a learn to ride tour class. Our Motto is, if you can ride a bike, you can mountain bike. Attractions include -Baltzer and Hanging Rock Lookouts, The Grose wilderness, eucalypt trees, flora/fauna, waterfall, views of Mt Banks, Pearce's pass and views of the Sydney CBD on a clear day.~~~~
