Important Info:	Valid for 01JAN25-31MAR26: General Park Information: - The boardwalk leading to the Penguin Plus and Penguin Discovery Platforms will no longer be accessible to general admission ticket holders wishing to view penguins as they return from the beach. This change is necessary to address safety concerns due to increased visitor numbers at our premium platforms, Penguin Discovery, Penguin Plus and Underground. The area of the boardwalk near the restrooms and up the hill will remain open to all visitors. - Additionally, the new Shearwater Boardwalk is open to all visitors. This new boardwalk offers a spacious viewing area for guests to observe the penguins returning to their burrows. Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: Important Note: - Video and Photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade. - The penguins arrive at sunset, Penguin Parade is an outdoors all-weather event. Please come prepared with appropriate protection for sun, rain, windy and/or cold conditions. A rug to sit on or for warmth is also handy. - Please arrive at the session time stated on your ticket. Late arrival may lead to no available seating and standing room only. - Please allow additional travel time in peak periods. - Only contactless transactions are available at all ticketing, retail and food and beverage outlets – cash not accepted.
