In such instances, Savannah Expeditions may provide a suitable alternative vessel or charter date agreeable to both parties. Responsible Service Of Alcohol: - Savannah Expeditions operates under the Responsible Service of Alcohol Act and reserves the right to refuse service to excessively intoxicated passengers. Vessels Course: - The Booker acknowledges that the Master has sole discretion to take any action deemed necessary to safeguard the safety, welfare, and good order of the vessel. Weather Conditions: - The Booker agrees that all Charters will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless determined unsafe by the Master on the day of the charter. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR25-31MAR26: - No refund if bookings cancelled 60 days or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
