In the unfortunate instance where whales are not sighted guests will be offered a return cruise free for use during the current season. This cannot be exchanged for money and refunds are not given. Cancellation Policy Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25: - A fee of 50% of the total tour cost will be charged if the booking is cancelled 48-24 hours prior to travel. - No refund if the booking is cancelled 24 hours or less prior to travel or in the event of a no show.
