You will be impressed with the displays of sandstone as you enter the almost secret Abercrombie Lane. Enter a narrow doorway and into a 1920’s bygone era. Celebrating prohibition when alcohol was banned but free flowing, Palmer and Co is adorned with period photos and styling and features regular live music and a wonderful whisky menu. Admire the stunning Victorian architecture of the grand old buildings. From here we sneak across York Street and a secret laneway into Uncle Ming’s, an opium den inspired cocktail, whiskey and dumpling bar.
