Immerse yourself in the story of the De Bortoli family, one of determination and triumph that started nearly 90 years ago in war-torn Europe and is now told four generations later at the Yarra Valley Estate. Before touring the wine making facilities, enjoy the spectacular views of the vineyard whilst learning about the viticultural practices. You will have the opportunity to taste wines from barrels and tanks. Your knowledgeable guide will then spoil you with a decadent gourmet cheese and wine tasting in one of the private tasting rooms in the cellar door. This experience will be structured to suit all levels of wine interest.
