Maximum Passengers and Luggage:

- Maximum 3 people per sedan with luggage (maximum 2 suitcases and 2 pieces of hand luggage).

- Excess luggage transportation by taxi at owner's expense.
- Trailers are available at an additional cost.

Arrival Information:

- Chauffeurs are constantly monitoring flight times and no extra charges are levied for flight delays or delays caused by Customs and Immigration clearances.

- Chauffeur will be on-site 30-minutes after flight landing time for International arrivals (15-minutes if we are advised passenger travelling first/business class) and wait 45 minutes complimentary.

- Airport Pick up location: International - Outside arrival hall doors near Exit.
