Departure Information:
- Passengers are asked to make themselves known to the hotel concierge 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time.
- For non-airport pickups, the free waiting time allowances is 15 minutes from the booked pick up time.
- If passengers cause the vehicle to wait longer than 15 minutes, waiting time @ $7.00 per 5 minutes (or part thereof) will charged, directly to the chauffeur.
