- Alice Silver Experience reserves the right to cancel a transfer at any time before departure and may cancel a trip due to terrorism, natural disasters, weather concerns, political instability, pandemic/epidemic or other external events it is not viable to operate the transfer in the discretion.

- In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside the reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs already incurred for the Customer.

- Alice Silver Experience is not responsible for any incidental expenses incurred as a result of cancellation of a transfer including but not limited to travel to join the transfer, accommodation or other fees payable to third party operators providing services in conjunction with the transfer.

- Please be outside the front of your accommodation at least 15 minutes prior to your indicated pickup time.

- As flight times may vary due to Airline operational requirements and seasonal variations, all flight and departure times should be confirmed at least 24 hours prior to your departure.

- Any variation to your flight times will affect your transfer time and this must be reconfirmed prior to pick up.
