Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is limited to 1x suitcase and 1x piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines).

- Any one piece of luggage exceeding 23kg may require passenger assistance to load/unload. Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to arrival.

- Surcharges apply to additional and oversized luggage items such as additional suitcases, surfboards (less than 6ft long and provide own straps), bike in a bike box and golf clubs. Charges payable direct, subject to change.

Arrival Information:

Airport transfer:

- All arriving passengers are to proceed to the Con-X-ion information counter to check-in. Passengers will then be directed curb side to the pick-up point for the departing shuttle bus.

- Required to check-in at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

- The Airport Con-X-ion driver will site your voucher which will need to be retained for pre-booking the Theme Park transfer.

Departure Information:

Airport transfer:

- Passengers are required to be ready and waiting outside the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes prior to their pick-up time. Transfer should arrive within a 20 minute period. Passengers will need to look out for the driver and be in view of the road.

Timetable:

- Return transfer from Brisbane Airport (International/Domestic) to Gold Coast accommodation (Southport to Coolangatta, exclusions apply).

- 7x Theme Park transfer from selected Gold Coast locations.

Theme Park transfer valid for the following attractions:

- Movie World

- Dreamworld

- WhiteWater World

- Wet 'n' Wild

- Sea World

- Paradise Country

- Harbour Town Shopping Centre

- Shuttle is not a 24 hour service. Refer to the suppliers website for shuttle times and accommodation locations (due to accessibility). Subject to change without notice.

- Roo Pass valid for 30 days from first use of travel.

- Roo Pass not valid on Christmas Day (25DEC).

- Services are limited on Anzac Day (25APR).

- Services are subject to attraction operating days.

- Theme Park transfer needs to be pre-booked. Please advise preferred departure times at time of booking.

- Journey time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disasters, accidents and road closures.

- The shuttle does not wait for delayed flights or late passengers.
