Surcharges apply to the following luggage items:

- Additional Suitcases: AUD6.00 per extra piece of luggage.

- Bike in Bike Box: AUD10.00 each.

- Golf Clubs: AUD10.00 (one set per passenger)

- Surfboards (Gold Coast and Brisbane services): AUD10.00each. (Surfboards must be less than 6ft long-183cm. Should the surfboard exceed 6ft they will be unable to be transported due to our coaches' trailer size restrictions).

- Surfboards (Sunshine Coast services): AUD10.00 each. (Passengers carrying a surfboard (any size) need to supply their own straps and are required to be attached to vehicles by the passengers).

Excess luggage items:

- Excess luggage items that are not pre-paid will be charged by the driver during boarding.

- Brisbane Airport to Brisbane City services will operate from 07:00am-11:00pm.
- Services to Brisbane City will operate on 2-hour intervals.

Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is limited to 1x suitcase and 1x piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines).

- Any one piece of luggage exceeding 23kg may require passenger assistance to load/unload. Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to arrival.

- Surcharges apply to additional and oversized luggage items such as additional suitcases, surfboards (less than 6ft long and provide own straps), bike in a bike box and golf clubs. Charges payable direct, subject to change.

Arrival Information:
- All arriving passengers are to proceed directly to shuttle meeting point. Passengers will need to procced towards the glass sliding exit door at the northern end of the Domestic terminal. Exit the terminal via the doors next to the Transit Centre Sign.
- Required to check-in at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

Timetable:
- Brisbane Airport to Brisbane City services will operate from 07:00am-11:00pm.
- Services to Brisbane City will operate on 2-hour intervals.

- Journey time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. natural disasters, accidents and road closures.

- The shuttle does not wait for delayed flights or late passengers.
