- Please be waiting at the kerbside outside of your hotel for your transfer.

- Passengers must be ready 10 minutes prior to collection time.

- Trip Shuttle operated by Exemplar Coaches will pick you up from your hotel, for coach transfer.

Pick Ups/Drop offs:

- This service does not pick up or drop off in South Cairns. The South Cairns boundary is the railway line at Bunda St, Martyn St and McNamara St.
