Sydney New Years Eve:
Transfers do not operate on 31December from 4:00pm to 3:00am due to road closures.

A sedan cannot be requested if travelling with a collapsible wheelchair or scooter. Must request a People Mover or Wheelchair accessible vehicle.Valid for 01APR24-31MAR25:

- Request for People Mover or Wheelchair accessible vehicle for requests with collapsible wheelchairs/scooters and Not a Sedan.

Maximum Passengers Per Vehicle: 12.
Baggage Capacity: 20 Large Suitcases and 10 carry-on luggage. A luggage trailer is included.

Arrival Information:

- After disembarking, proceed to the ground floor of the Overseas Passenger Terminal. Meet your driver who will be holding a sign with your name on it.

- Should you not make contact with your driver, please contact Royale Limousines, 1300 650 260 for further instructions.

- Driver wait time is up to 30 minutes from allocated passenger disembarkation time.

- After 30 minutes the transfer will be deemed a 'no show'. Passenger must contact Royale Limousines at least 1 hour before booking time to confirm pickup time if different from Booking time.

Important Notes:

- Pick-up and drop-off details must be advised at time of booking.

- Luggage cannot be carried in the cabin.

- Driver will report to the concierge if unable to locate the customer. If no contact is made with the customer within the 15 minute grace wait time, the transfer will be considered a 'No Show' and our driver will be dismissed.
