Baggage Capacity: 2 suitcases and 2 carry on luggage. Excess luggage transportation by taxi at owner’s expense.

Arrival Information:
Virgin Australia and Jetstar (Domestic Terminal 2) and Qantas (Domestic Terminal 3)

- Terminal 2 arrivals - Chauffeur will be meet you at the bottom of the escalator near carousel 3.

- Terminal 3 arrivals - After disembarking, walk downstairs via escalators to the arrival hall carousel 5. Chauffeur will be waiting at the bottom of the escalators by the exit doors. Do not exit the terminal prior to locating your chauffeur.

- Should you not make contact with your driver, please contact Royale Limousines, +617 3058 9700 or 1300 650 260 for further instructions.

- Driver will arrive 30 minutes after actual flight landing and wait a further 30 minutes.

Important Notes:

- Pick-up and drop-off details including flight numbers must be advised at time of booking.

- Luggage cannot be carried in the cabin.

- Pick up time is approximate please allow up to 30 minutes for your transfer to arrive.
