Important Notes:

- Journey times: Sydney Airport is approximately 20-22kms to the CBD and the journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes in normal traffic.

- This service does not offer a transfer to or from Sydney Olympic Park.

- Pick up time is approximate please allow up to 30 minutes for your shuttle bus to arrive.

Operating Hours:

- This service operates from 6:01pm to 10:30pm only.

- On 31DEC24, service does not operate from 3:00pm.

Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is restricted to maximum 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on luggage no more than 32kg per passenger.

- Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to Arrival.

- Any excess or oversized luggage that requires an additional vehicle will be at the owner's expense.
Arrival Information:

- Virgin Australia and Jetstar (Domestic Terminal 2) and Qantas (Domestic Terminal 3) arrivals – please make your way outside to the designated meeting spot which is located at Shuttle Bus Bays 4-7. When coming out of Terminal 2 please veer to the left and when coming out of Terminal 3 please veer to the right to walk to the Shuttle Bus pick-up bay.

- The pick up time for your transfer is approximately 30-45 minutes after your flight lands. If you are unable to make contact with the driver after the designated wait time, please call Royale Customer Service on 9660 3666.
