- Journey times: Sydney Airport is approximately 20-22kms to the CBD and the journey takes approximately 45-60 minutes in normal traffic.

- This service does not offer a transfer to or from Sydney Olympic Park.

- Pick up time is approximate please allow up to 30 minutes for your shuttle bus to arrive.

- On 31DEC, service does not operate from 3:00pm.

Baggage Capacity:

- Luggage is restricted to maximum 1 large suitcase and 1 carry-on luggage no more than 32kg per passenger.

- Oversize or heavy luggage must be advised and approved prior to Arrival.

- Any excess or oversized luggage that requires an additional vehicle will be at the owner's expense.

Departing from Accommodation:
- For flights leaving from the Domestic Terminals at Sydney Airport the pick-up will be approximately 2 hours prior to the flight departure time.

- Royale Shuttle Transfers driver will meet passengers in their accommodation’s reception area and passengers should be ready 15 minutes prior to their departure time.
