Park Regis North Quay will undergo a refurbishment on the external facade with the expected completion date of 12MAY14.
The work will include:
- Resealing of all window frames
- Remedial (attending areas where there is concrete spalling sanding/jack hammering)
- Washing down of targeted areas (No Noise)
- Painting (No Noise)
Noisy work is scheduled to occur Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 3.30pm with washing down and painting occurring from 8:00am until 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
There will be no work occurring over the Weekend. Guests will also be notified of the work taking place upon check in at the hotel.
No work will take place between the 9th December 2013 and the 7th January 2014. Please note this is subject to change if weather postpones works.
Disruption of Services:
The swimming pool has been closed off during working hours until 3.30pm daily and will be open weekends. This is due to scaffolding being placed in the area and workmen working externally on an elevated platform.
