Davidson's Arnhemland Safaris has permission from the traditional owners of the area to take guests through these sacred areas, a unique opportunity in Australia. The lodge has evolved over the years to provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere in the bush. The communal lodge facilities are situated in a natural bush setting, the centre of the infrastructure of the lodge is a tastefully furnished communal area encompassing a dining, lounge, bar, library internet facilities and a large outdoor deck area ideal for alfresco dining, all overlooking the sandstone paved pool.

Situated in the North West corner of Arnhemland and adjacent to Kakadu National Park and Cobourg Peninsula in Australia's Northern Territory lies a vast sub-tropical savannah. Davidson's Arnhemland Safaris - Mt Borradaile Lodge is located at Mt Borrodaile, an aboriginal sacred site in a remote 700 square kilometres of pristine wilderness. This is a landscape of rugged ranges fringed by idyllic billabongs, flood plains, paper bark swamps and monsoonal rainforests, an amazingly beautiful wilderness. A significant section of this property is a registered sacred site.

Arrive at Davidson's Arnhemland Safari - Mt Borradaile Lodge by scenic flight from Darwin (one hour) or by 4WD vehicle during the dry season. (May to October - 5 hours).
Scheduled flight transfers depart Darwin, General Aviation Terminal at 7:30am.
Return scheduled flight transfers depart Mt Borradaile at 9:00am.
