KEY COLLECTION is from our office located at Phoenix Building, 86-88 Northbourne Ave, Braddon
BETWEEN 2-5pm, please enter our office on the Ground Floor (left hand side of main foyer), or
AFTER 5pm from the key safes inside the foyer in which case you will require the follow information:At the main entry, there is a key pad to your right Press the red "key" symbol (located bottom right hand corner) and then "2326" and the main doors will open. CityStyle mailboxes are directly to your right Press 2325 then turn the handle showing codelocks.com downwards. Inside the safe will be an envelope with your surname
Once you have removed your envelope, please close the box and slide the handle back to the middle.
Your envelope will contain a map with the address and location of your apartment, on-site car parking instructions, keys and emergency contact numbers along with check out information.
