The following instructions are for the access to your apartment if your arrival is after 5pm. If you're getting transfers from the airport, they will generally drop you off at the Grant Street entrance. Walk up the slight ramp from the road and continue into the Saltwater building. You will see the stairs up to the apartments straight ahead of you, heading up to the right. If they happen to drop you at the Macrossan Street entrance, go up the stairs into the Saltwater building and you will see the next set of stairs up to the apartments straight ahead of you. If you're self-driving, then once you turn into Macrossan Street (Main Street), take the second road on the right (Grant Street) then the second driveway on the left. Park as far in as you can (you'll see our “reserved for Saltwater Luxury Apartments” signs) and then proceed through the white door at the end and you will come out in the Saltwater building. Go up the stairs to the apartments and then take a hard right to face the security gate, where you will find a grey safe on the wall which requires a code. Enter the following code: 4477 followed by the star "*" button. The green light will turn on (ready) and then turn the door handle clockwise and open the safe. An envelope with your surname will be inside the safe containing your apartment keys. Once you have your keys, please close the safe door and turn the handle anti clockwise (making sure the safe door is locked). Your apartment key will open the gate. Refer to the map inside your envelope for directions to your apartment. Please note there is no lift within the Saltwater building. If you need assistance, just contact us at +61 7 4099 6943.

If you're self driving, then once you turn into Macrossan Street (Main Street), take the second road on the right (Grant Street) then the second driveway on the left. Park in as far in as you can go where the reserve signs are for Saltwater Luxury Apartments and proceed through the white door at the end and you will come out by the Saltwater Luxury Apartments office.
