Araluen Boutique Accommodation is located in the picturesque Steels Creek
Valley 7km north of Yarra Glen town. Accommodation consists of seven
rooms three luxury spa villas and a Lodge with four individual
accommodation rooms each with a private ensuite.
All villas are self contained with beautiful views of the surrounding
countryside or the gardens and swimming pool. Villa amenities include but
are not limited to fully equipped kitchenette with gas cooktop rangehood *microwave oven *bar fridge *dishwasher *Nespresso coffee machine and more. Each villa also has a kettle BBQ on the outdoor deck *Air conditioning and gas fireplace *large flat screen television with DVD player and movie library *blue tooth speaker. Separate ensuite with double spa *separate walkin shower *Sheridan towels *plush bathrobes *beautiful ASPAR toiletries *heated flooring and towel rails. The bedroom provides a king bed with luxury linen and pillows.
The Deluxe Lodge and Boutique Lodge rooms are located in The Lodge. Lodge
room features include but are not limited to generous sized room
accommodating a king size bed *lounge chairs *flat screen television *table and chairs for in room dining *microwave *minibar fridge *toaster *kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has a newly renovated private ensuite with shower *vanity *toilet *heated towel rail *Sheridan towels *plush bathrobes and beautiful ASPAR toiletries.
Guests residing in the Lodge also have access to a large open plan communal area. Recently renovated features include beautiful light filled sunroom with
large windows framing the property gardens. Dining area with a large table
that can seat 12 people comfortably. Lounge space with stylish and homely
furnishings *large flat screen smart television *Bluetooth speaker and
wood fire. Kitchenette that includes a full size refrigerator *dishwasher *Nespresso coffee machine with pods *kettle with a selection of herbal
teas *glassware *crockery and kitchen utensils. This space serves
perfectly as a space to sit and relax with a glass of wine or with friends
guests also have access to large outdoor solar heated swimming pool
*outdoor pizza oven and BBQ *fresh free range eggs to cook from property
chickens subject to availability *property grounds to enjoy and ample convenient car parking.
Property renovations May 2019 Soundproofing of each accommodation room in the Lodge and repaint.
May 2019 Refurbishment of wooden floors in each villa and repaint of all internal walls and soft furnishings update.
August 2020 complete renovation to each ensuite in the Lodge and repaint to all communal spaces in the Lodge. Installation of new lighting and new kitchenette. Current landscaping to garden beds.
