Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley is a chic conservation retreat, located 2.5 hours drive from Sydney in the World Heritage-listed Greater Blue Mountains region. Driving Info:
Sydney City (CBD) to Wolgan Valley via the Blue Mountains:
Take the Harbour Bridge or Tunnel north to the Warringah Freeway. Continue along the Gore Hill Freeway through the Lane Cove Tunnel*. Continue along the M2* and onto the M7*. Stay on the M7 for approximately 20km to the M4/Western Freeway Lighthorse Intersection at Eastern Creek. Take the exit heading to the Blue Mountains/Penrith and follow the Western Motorway up into the Blue Mountains when it becomes the Great Western Highway.
Pass through Springwood, Katoomba and Blackheath following signs to Lithgow. Once you pass Lithgow on your right continue for another 6km before taking the Mudgee/Castlereagh Highway turnoff. Continue for a further 6km before turning right onto the Wolgan Road at Lidsdale. Follow the Wolgan Road through Lidsdale into the Wolgan Valley. The distance from the highway turnoff to the resort is 26 kms. The road is steep from the Gap to the valley floor. From the bottom of the Gap to the resort the distance is 13.5 kms, and the road surface is compacted gravel.The clearly signposted entrance to Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley Resort and Spa is on the right.
